Cancellation Policy
Any appointment cancelled within 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee calculated from the original cost of services scheduled. While negotiations are permitted to ensure client satisfaction, NV offers no monetary refunds, no exceptions.
